Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery on eligible items.

To qualify for a return, products must be:

Unused and uninstalled
In their original packaging
In resalable condition
Accompanied by proof of purchase

Items returned without original packaging or showing signs of installation or use may not be eligible for a refund.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

Custom or made-to-order products
Special-order items
Clearance or final sale merchandise
Products that have been installed, altered, or damaged after delivery

Return Shipping

Refunds

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

We make every effort to display product colors, finishes, materials, and details as accurately as possible. However, actual product colors may vary due to differences in monitor settings, screen resolutions, lighting conditions, and natural material characteristics.

Variations in color, texture, grain pattern, finish, and appearance are considered normal and are not considered defects.

Rug Size & Color Variations

Due to the handcrafted, woven, printed, or machine-made nature of many rugs, slight variations in size, color, pattern, and texture may occur.

Please note:

Rug dimensions may vary by up to 3% from the stated size.
Colors may appear differently in person than they do online due to photography, lighting, and individual screen settings.
Pattern placement and color tones may vary slightly from one rug to another.

These natural and manufacturing variations are not considered defects and are not eligible for return under a damaged or defective item claim.

Return Eligibility for Rugs

We encourage customers to carefully review rug dimensions prior to purchase.

Returns based solely on perceived color differences, slight size variations, or appearance differences caused by screen settings, photography, or normal manufacturing tolerances may be subject to return shipping costs and restocking fees where applicable.

Exchanges

If you would like a different finish, size, or style, we recommend placing a new order and returning the original eligible item according to this policy.
